VIKS Properties Sdn. Bhd. is a professionally registered real estate agency with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia (BOVAEA) under registration number E(1)1890.
We serve Kedah, Penang and Perlis, providing residential, commercial, industrial, land, project marketing, property management, auction and investment advisory services.
Supported by an experienced management team, a dedicated administration department and an expanding network of nearly 150 Real Estate Negotiators (RENs), we work with developers, investors, property owners, financial institutions, contractors and corporate clients across the region.
